Today I’m off to Amsterdam for five days of cycling, eating and museum-going.  It’s going to be a very low-key, quiet sort of holiday – I have big plans to wander slowly alongside meandering canals, taking photos and eating Dutch pastries.  I might even finish a book or two!  See you on the flip side my friends, have a lovely week wherever you are x
