Links I Love Thursday

7 Jun

What’s rocking your boats this Thursday lovely people?  I am not long returned from late night shopping in town, and am consequently drained and short of words (not to mention patience!).  There are, however, a few internet-related things that I’ve been stockpiling over the past few days to share with you all…

One of my absolutely favourite bloggers, Miss Underscore, has returned after a six month hiatus, during which time I was terrified she’d never come back!  I got so excited when I saw there was a new post on Parma Violet Tea in my reader the other day.

This week, I discovered Advanced Riskology.  It’s similar in style and tone to The Art of Non-Conformity, which has been a favourite of mine for years now.  I really like this post: What if you leap and the net doesn’t appear?

Rhubarb syrup cocktails, via Pink of Perfection.

My Mum was showing me all sorts of crochet-themed blogs when I was at home last weekend.  This one is full of cute and lovely inspiration.  I really want to make the heart bunting as part of my Summer Bucket List!

If there’s one bad-but-soooo-good foodie thing I love it’s a crispy chicken kiev, exploding with garlic butter and herbs, served with baby new potatoes and Summer greens.  I’m intrigued by the idea of making my own – it doesn’t look wildly unachievable, does it?

Finally, how amazing are these State-shaped wooden chopping boards?  Found via A Cup of Jo.

I dont get whats going on on that Parma Violets blog. is it fiction or does she really have a relationship with a married man who uses the C word far too much?
